CiTy 125 | Honda Trail 90

CiTy 125 | Honda Trail 90

Can you tell? We love the little bikes and especially the iconic Honda Trail (“CT”) 90. The modern motorcycle industry has practically forgotten little commuters and trail scoots like the Trail 90. We have not.

We brought this forgotten and neglected 1966 Trail 90 into the present. To make it go, we started with modern 12 volt electrics and a 125cc electric start motor. Modern suspension upgrades and new brakes make it ride and stop as it should. Built according to the owners specifications, this CiTy 125 is practical but an incredibly fun...

Eden | Yamaha XS 650

Eden | Yamaha XS 650

Eden belongs to an artist. Before commissioning this build, the owner gave us an amazing watercolor titled “Eden.” Inspired by that painting, we set out to capture the owner’s expression.

We started with a complete but very tired 1980 Yamaha XS650. Built along the lines of a tracker mashed up with a scrambler, we added a couple of inches to the suspension, an extra hundred or so CC's and modern electronics. We fabricated a new subframe, seat pan and inner fender. Our attention then turned to the motor, suspension...

Quasi Moto | Honda CL 450

Quasi Moto | Honda CL 450

What exactly is a “scrambler?” In 1971, Honda thought a scrambler was a set of high pipes and handlebars on what was otherwise a decidedly street moto. Hence, the CL450. Unfortunately, these early efforts at a dual-purpose moto fell pretty far short of true off rode integrity.
So, we thought, what if that amazing dual overhead cam engine sat in a frame with modern electronics, suspension and real brakes? Meet Quasi Moto. This is what happens when you mate a vintage scrambler...

Wart Hog | Honda CB450

Wart Hog | Honda CB450

Originally dubbed the “Wart Hog” because it was just so rough, we set out to reclaim a forgotten CB450 and bring it to show standards. Built for the One Moto Show, the list of custom modifications to this middle weight street machine is too long to run down. Highlights include the modern RC 51 front end mated to iconic drum brakes, custom tank, subframe and stainless exhaust along with complete MotoGadget electrics and modern rear shocks.  As with every bike we build, the engine and other mechanical elements are all rebuilt.
